How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on weight and region. We use Royal Mail for most deliveries.

Where do you ship?

We offer UK, EU, & North America shipping from the UK. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 working hours. UK: 2–3 working days EU: 3–7 working days North America : 5–10 working days

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect address input and cannot offer refunds in such cases.

Can I return my order?

Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
