Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
We currently ship to the UK, EU, North America & Australia.
Delivery usually takes 2–10 working days, depending on your location.
Please double-check your address when ordering — we can’t refund or replace items that go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address
Changed your mind? No worries! You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Note: Digital downloads and custom items (if applicable) are non-refundable.
