We want you to love your Surface Tank. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a refund, your Surface Tank must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Because the Surface Tank is a drinking vessel, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once it has been used for hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it right away.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
